Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Please make a video of your shipment unboxing to facilitate a smooth return process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at ramdevarthelp@gmail.com or +917984697283 / +919099700922 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
