  • 1.What is your No Questions Asked return policy?

    We are delighted to offer you a hassle-free shopping experience. We provide a 7-day return, refund, exchange and replacement policy starting from the delivery date. Kindly note that this policy does not apply to Coins, Utensils, Perfumes, God Idols, Rakhis and Candles.

    Please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging and should not have been used. Ramdev Art Fashion Jewellery reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.

  • 2.I didn't like the product. How can I return my order?

    Please note that it takes up to 3 working days to get the return pickup done from your location.In case your return pick up is not done within 3 working days, please reach out to us on the support channel of your choice - Calls/Emails/Chats.

  • 3.What is the refund procedure for returned orders?

    We initiate the refunds within 48 hours of us receiving the product in our Warehouse.

    For Prepaid orders:
    Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source.

    For COD orders:
    Refunds are initiated via a Razorpay Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted to return. Please enter the correct details in the link and choose the mode of accepting payment.

    For Wallet orders:
    Refund will be done back to the wallet. Please note that wallet refunds cannot be done to any other payment source in line with RBI guidelines. For any combination of the above All refunds will be done in the same proportion in which the
    payments were received including partial refunds.

  • 5.Can I return two orders together?

    In case you have placed a return request for two of your orders, there's a possibility that the
    return might be picked by the same Executive. However, we would request you to verify the same with the executive and handover only the required product to him. Please note that each order needs to be returned with its original packaging

  • 6.What happens if I want to return the product after the return window is closed?

    We're very sorry but we do not accept returns after 7 days.
    However, in such an instance we've got you covered through our Warranty Policy.

  • 1.Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

    We offer free
    shipping on all orders over Rs. 449. However, for orders to be delivered outside of India, a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 1199 per order is applicable.
    This fee remains the same regardless of the order size or weight. We aim to provide transparent and affordable shipping options for our customers, ensuring
    a seamless shopping experience both locally and internationally.

  • 2. How much time does it take to dispatch my order?

    We aim to dispatch
    your order within 24-48 hours of placement, and you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS upon dispatch. Personalised jewellery orders may take
    approximately 14 days to be dispatched, ensuring meticulous customization.

  • 3.How much time does it take to deliver the order?

    We work with leading
    logistics partners in India to provide a seamless delivery experience for your jewellery. After order confirmation, we typically dispatch your order within 48 hours. Once dispatched, most deliveries are completed within 4-6 business days, varying based on your location. We strive to ensure a speedy and reliable delivery process to bring joy to your doorstep. To track the status of your order.

  • 4.Can I get my order delivered faster or on the same day?

    While we understand the desire for faster delivery, currently we do not offer faster or same-day delivery. However, we do have stores in select cities.

  • 5.Will someone call me before delivering the order?

    We prioritize your
    delivery experience and collaborate with reputable shipping partners in India
    to ensure excellence. Rest assured, our courier partner will send you a text message when your jewellery is out for delivery, keeping you informed along the way. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide an assurance of a call at the time of delivery. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to bringing joy to your doorstep in a timely manner.

  • 1.What is your Cancellation Policy?

    You can cancel your order from our Website or Ramdev Art Fashion Jewellery App. However, please note the cancellation window is open until your order is processed. We won't be able to take the cancellation request post that.

  • 2.I placed the order by mistake, how can I cancel it?

    To cancel your order, kindly Follow the below steps:

    Firstly, Visit the Ramdev Art Website > Navigate to the Account/Profile section>Log in using your registered Mobile and email address. Once logged in, you will be able to view your active order and find an option to cancel against your order ID if the order has not been processed yet.

  • 1.What payment methods are accepted at Ramdev Art Fashion Jewellery?

    To provide you with a convenient shopping experience, we accept various payment options. You can pay for your order using credit cards, debit cards, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, UPI, and other major modes of payment. Additionally, we offer cardless EMI options through Simpl and Zest Money to facilitate flexible payment plans.

  • 2.What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven't received the order confirmation?

    After making the payment, please allow up to 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven't received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via call, email, or chat, and we will assist you further. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and ship it. However, if the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.

  • 3.Do you offer an EMI option for payments?

    Yes, we do offer an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) option for payments. To avail of EMI, please select Zest Money, Simpl, or a few other available options as your payment mode during the checkout process. This allows you to conveniently spread your payment over monthly instalments, making your purchase more affordable and manageable.

  • 4.Do I need to pay any extra charges on top of what is shown on the website?

    Absolutely not! All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes. What you see on the website is what you pay. In case you are asked to pay anything extra, please report to us ASAP and we will do our best to help you!

  • 5.What is the COD limit?

    You can choose a COD option on orders up to Rs. 2000. If your order amount is above this, please use a digital method of payment.

  • 6.Where will I get the refund money for the returned order?

    In the case of a prepaid order, you can avail refund to the source account. In case of a COD order, you can avail refund in any bank account of your choice.

  • 7.How many days will it take for the refund to reflect in my account?

    All refunds are initiated from our side within 48 hours of Cancellation/Return delivered to our Warehouse.

    If you had placed a COD order, you will receive a Razorpay Payout link for your inputs and the amount will be credited instantly once your input is received. 

    If you had placed a prepaid order, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 days of refund initiation.

  • 8.When can I get the refund for my returned order?

    We initiate the refunds within 48 hours of us receiving the product in our Warehouse.

    For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source. Please note refund takes up to 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your source account once the refund is initiated

    For COD orders: You will be notified via email and SMS. A Razor pay pay-out link will be shared, where you will have to fill in their account details. Please note it might take up to 24 hours for the refund to reflect in your account.

    For wallet orders: Refund will be done back to the wallet. Please note that wallet refunds cannot be done to any other payment source in line with RBI guidelines.

    For any combination of the above: All refunds will be done in the same proportion in which the payments were received including partial refunds.

  • 1.What is Personalised Jewellery?

    Personalised jewellery refers to jewellery pieces that are customized or personalised according to individual preferences. It involves adding personal touches such as names, initials, or unique engravings to make the jewellery piece unique and meaningful to the wearer. Examples of personalised jewellery include engraved pendants, name necklaces and custom bracelets.

  • 2.How much time will it take to deliver my personalised jewellery order?

    We want your personalised jewellery to be perfect, so please allow approximately 14 days for us to prepare, quality-check, and get your jewellery ready for dispatch. The delivery itself typically takes an additional 4-6 days on average. In total, you can expect your personalised jewellery order to be delivered within approximately 21 days. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we're working diligently to create a special piece just for you.

  • 3.Why do Personalised Jewellery orders take more time for delivery?

    All personalised jewellery orders are custom-made, which means that these are not ready with us and we make them from scratch once we receive your order. In addition, each order goes through a 3-step QC process to ensure that only the best quality products reach you. Therefore, it takes us about 14 days just to get the product ready. In addition, there is some more time (5-7 days) that our delivery partners need to deliver the order to you.

  • 4.Can I cancel my personalised jewellery order?

    We want your personalised jewellery to be perfect, which is why once the production process begins, we are unable to cancel the order. As each piece is custom-made based on your specific requirements, reversing the process becomes challenging. We kindly advise you to place your order carefully, double-checking the finish, spelling, and character case to ensure complete satisfaction. Your happiness with your personalised jewellery is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  • 5.Can I return my personalised jewellery order?

    Since the personalised jewellery is crafted especially for you, we won't be able to offer returns on the same. However, in case you have received a damaged product, you can reach out to us. We also offer a 7-Days warranty on the same in case of any fading issues. 

    Please note that we can only accept such requests within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered

  • 1.My coupon code is not working, what should I do?

    There might be a couple of reasons for your coupon code not working:

    1. The coupon might have expired

    2. The coupon might not be applicable to certain products/collections

    Unfortunately, we do not allow you to combine multiple discount codes for one order.
